Bread and pizza

HOMEMADE

The bread we serve in our restaurant is homemade with stone-ground flour, wholemeal flour and bran and our pizza is prepared with natural sourdough. The dough is left to rise for 48 to 72 hours.

The chef is Roberto Cipolla, he has thirty years of experience in catering, in Italy and abroad. He specializes in culinary nutrition and nutraceutical cuisine.
